🕒 What are your store hours?

Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Hours may vary on holidays.

🎁 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if an item is received damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

📬 Are you responsible for lost or delayed packages?

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.

🧸 Do you sell open box items?

Open box items may be available occasionally in-store and online, but availability is limited and not guaranteed. Open box items allow you to choose your favorite character and skip the blind box surprise when offered.

🆕 Do you restock items?

We frequently bring in new items, but restocks are not guaranteed, especially for limited or Japan-exclusive items. Follow us on social media for updates!
